Operational :
1. Provides guidance periodically to all levels below him/her to make sure the entire operation goes well in accordance with the procedures.
2. Approves the request and expense of materials and all other requirements to support the factory operation.
3. Coordinates with the plantation to ensure the continuity of quality and supply of FFB from the plantation/third party .
4. Reviews and signs all operational reports and follows up immediately if found anything that need to be followed up.
5. Be responsible for the security of the entire assets of the company.
6. Ensures the decision of changing the process working hours is implemented.
7. Takes a quick and appropriate decision when faced with critical and emergency conditions along with a reporting process (oral or written) to his/her superior.
8. Builds a good relation with external parties.

Administration :
1. Reviews and ensures that all financial and administrative procedures are carried out accordingly.
2. Reviews and be responsible for the accuracy of all reports submitted to the management (daily, weekly and monthly) with comments if necessary.
3. Approves and signs request of the factory operational funds as well as the operational expenses (PDO and PPDO).
4. Signs all outgoing letters for both internal and external purposes.

Supervising, Monitoring, and Coaching :
1. Monitors and ensures all received FFB and shipped palm products has been through the correct weighing process and administered properly.
2. Monitors and ensures all employees required for the operation of the factory are sufficiently available and they are all competent.
3. Monitors and ensures the FFB grading process are done based on sampling and set SOPs.
4. Monitors and ensures that all factory machines are operating normally throughout the production process.
5. Monitors and ensures the use of water and the materials are always controlled and according to the standard.
6. Monitors and ensures the stocks of palm product are in good quality, available in a minimum amount, and immediately take actions if there is a delay in delivery.
7. Monitors and ensures the certificate and permits of all the factory machines are still valid.
8. Monitors and ensures the critical materials are always available in the warehouse and the entire warehouse stock is in controlled to keep the production proses running without delays.
9. Monitors and ensures the preventive maintenance and machine overhaul runs according to schedule.
10. Monitors and ensures all factory operational expenses, including wages, overtime, premiums, usage of materials, cost of services, and administrative costs, are controlled and according to the standard.
11. Monitors the work of subordinates and provides guidance and directions to the subordinates through a process of discussion and/or internal meetings.
12. Evaluates the performance appraisal of subordinates and makes recommendations on promotion and transfer.
13. Determines training programs for his/her subordinates based on needs.
14. Implements and ensures the level of cleanliness , security and worker’s safety are according to standards set by the government and company.
15. Implements Healthy and Safety Occupation ( K3 ) in the workplace.
16. Performs other duties as instructed by his/her supervisors.
